FFF ~ blessed!

Hi and welcome to

We’re remembering our favourite moments from the week ~  counting our blessings, big and little. If you’d like to join in, drop over to Living To Tell The Story, the blog home of our lovely hostess Suzanne.

1. My favourite  this week starts  with our conference:

Wonderful worship, great teaching, sweet fellowship, healing prayer, reunion with friends, laughter, tears, good food!

2. Here’s another favourite – listening to Robin Mark in person and on his worship CDs. If you don’t have one of his CDs, run out right now and get one.

I think he’s the best worship leader I’ve ever heard. He’s sincere, down to earth, great fun, and sings with a depth and richness that flows from a life of worship. He’s a sweetheart and we love him.

Besides, who can resist that Irish accent?

 3. Even in the midst of a very full week, there was still time to enjoy the beauty of an Island spring:

4. Have I mentioned good food? šŸ™‚

The Irish folk like their lobster.

and we Islanders aim to please šŸ™‚

I think we gave them 4 feeds during their stay!

5. You may be wondering if there is life after conference?

Yes!

I’m surrounded by astonishing beauty,

the love of family and friends,

and, in the words of John Wesley, “Best of all, God is with us . . .”

Thanks so much for coming by this week!  I really appreciate your visits and cheery hellos.

Hope your weekend is filled to the brim with blessings!

with love,

Standard

  1. I have come across a few other forums related to this subject in the past few weeks in doing a research report for my project. I have to say that what you’re saying here makes perfect sense and is helping me to get my head around this subject. Do you have any other forums you could recommend to help my research?Regards,<a href="http://www.chiropractor-myrtle-beach.com">Chiropractor</a&gt;[url=http://www.chiropractor-myrtle-beach.com%5DChiropractor Myrtle Beach[/url]

Jody, I wish that was my house! It’s such a cute little place. But it’s owned by the tulip farmers a few miles from my home.Beauty – I will definitely take some shots of the lily of the valley – they grow wild in the woods here. Very plentiful with such a sweet aroma. I can’t believe they sell for 79 dollars!! If I could get them down your way, I’d make a fortune! :)Thanks Sweetbay!! The first link you gave is a nursery run by a friend of ours – just a few miles from our home. I’ll go have a chat with him about roses. No Guiness this time Ellen – Rickards dark ale instead šŸ™‚ Not for me though – I don’t like the stuff.Welcome Sandy!! and thank you for your kind words. I was wondering if you have a blog?Willow – Robin has a brand new CD that just came out this week. Hymns I think. I’m going to get it on my next trip to town. I love to listen to him.

Kathie – I was so glad to hear about the report of the meetings – and coming from the North I was loving the lobster fest – was there really more than one??? Living in Myrtle Beach, SC now I miss lilies of the valley – went online to see how much a bouquet would cost – $ 79 for TEN STEMS!!!!!!! – I really miss lilacs too. Please let us see the lilies of the valley when they are all blooming.

  13. Oh, you had me there until we got to the lobsters. If it even remotely still resembles the animal, I just can’t deal with it. But the tulips are amazing. I had no idea that they grew up your way. And I’m definitely going to check out Robin Mark. Sounds like someone I would enjoy. Thanks for sharing!
