Welcome home Kathie. I agree! We are all glad to leave the cold and rain/snow for some warmth and sunshine but it's always good to be back home again.

  2. Both scenes have their beauty, but I surely wouldn't mind exchanging frozen red mud for sandy white beaches right about now!Loved looking at the different pics of your trip. What a great time you must have had! If you've got more, please share – they're so much fun to look at!

  3. Ah Kathie, the life of a Canadian. We even had almost beach weather here last week then bitter cold ever since. I see you were away to a warmer clime and I hope you enjoyed it. Beautiful photos. Love the little goldfinch in the snow. You sure got a blast of winter weather the last 2 days!
