Such fun times over the last two weeks here at A Sparrow’s Home – with so many blessings to celebrate!
1. Watching wee baby Oscar
2. Look at this! Tulip shoots growing through the ice!
3. Celebrating a WWW birthday girl! Happy (almost) birthday Rinda!4. A little visitor ~ Josie is here to stay for a few days while her Mommy and Daddy have a holiday from winter. Songs, stories, walks, baths with bubbles, colouring, a trip to town with Auntie Sarah, kisses, hugs, cuddles – the fun is non-stop. Tea party with Nannie. (Note the pig-tails – the house might fall apart a bit while she’s here but her hair will be styled! 🙂 )
5. Today is a special date. Twenty-six years ago (in a snowstorm) James Peter, our youngest son, was born. He’s a wonderful son, brother, husband and uncle. Happy Birthday James – we love you! (James and I are March babies – and so is Oscar – and we’re going to celebrate our birthdays together next week. Looking forward to a lovely family time.)
And now . . . a bonus fave. While all you Southerners, and a few of my BC blogging buddies, are celebrating the actual arrival of spring, the rest of us are still in “waiting” mode. This video describes us – it’s funny and not very far from the truth!
Thanks so much for dropping in this week. Hope you enjoyed your visit.
PS – visit Susanne for more Friday Fave fun! (Thanks for the lovely tulips on your Friday Fave badge Susanne – I’ll take spring where I can find it!)
