Hi and welcome to Friday’s Fave Five!
Congratulations are in order to Susanne, the hostess of our weekly blessing list. She’s hosted 300 Friday Fave Five posts!! What a milestone. Thanks so much Susanne for the inspiration and encouragement to count our blessings every Friday.
September is drawing to a close and autumn is just beginning to unfold here on the Island. Treasures and gifts are all around. It’s hard to know where to start counting.
1. We haven’t had a frost yet although some nighttime temperatures have dropped very close. I feel blessed that I can still enjoy “the last rose of summer” in early autumn.
2. We had such a fun gathering last Saturday with my childhood girlfriends. An afternoon of laughter, catching up, laughter, stories, laughter, good food and did I forget, laughter? 🙂 Can’t wait til next year girls!
3. September chores ~ check off mustard pickles. 30 bottles should keep the family happy 😉
I have my camera battery all charged – there’s some fall photo ops just waiting for me, plus a family gathering for a belated birthday celebration for Sarah. I’ve heard rumours of a campfire and s’mores. Fun times!
Thanks so much for visiting.
